We are looking for people in cities and towns all over the world who want to grow beyond themselves and have the courage, love and initiative to say goodbye to the old structures and build a healthy, peaceful and joyful world together in balance. We are committed to the creation of national and international regional groups around the world in which people come together in love, community and joy and work together in a creative and self-determined way for positive change on earth.

As a "Love with Mother Earth" - group initiator

Your tasks as a "Love for Mother Earth" - group leader!

As a "Love for Mother Earth" - group initiator, you open up a space in which people come together in regular meetings and grow into a team. You coordinate and manage these meetings and accompany people in their process of connecting with their higher visions and heart themes and implement projects. You will also be responsible for balancing the finances of your group on a monthly basis (which is very easy with our system :-) and attend the 3-monthly global team meetings to connect with other group leaders and be supported in your role and work and to clarify questions and concerns!

As a group, you will initiate regional projects that touch on the themes of In Love with Mother Earth, in line with your heart and depending on the areas of interest and creative ideas of the participants. You also have the opportunity to develop your own new ideas, which in turn can inspire others. You can also take the opportunity, if it serves your projects, to connect and cooperate with already existing regional positive forces in order to increase your impact.

Your group works creatively and is largely self-organized. Donations for regional projects are largely generated by the groups themselves. However, In Harmony with Nature e.V. can provide support via a donation pot. This will be gradually built up through fundraising and the 25% of the revenue pot. To support the financing or partial financing of a larger project, please send us a project application, which we will process as soon as possible.

Here are the next steps:

Have we sparked your enthusiasm and would you like to become the founder of a "Love for Mother Earth" - group? Then apply to us. Introduce yourself in a creative letter: write to us about yourself, your motivation, visions and intentions and send your application by e-mail to:

Once we have received your application, we will send you a personal invitation to an interview via Zoom. We will get to know each other personally and clarify any questions you may have. In the next step, you will be invited to our 3-day introductory workshop, where we will get to know each other and give you important know-how so that you can successfully start and lead your own "Love for Mother Earth" - group. Afterwards, we will have another conversation in which we will clarify your final questions and concerns and discuss whether we can imagine working together.

After this interview has been completed and both sides have agreed, you will receive a certificate from us authorizing you to work on behalf of "Love for Mother Earth". Upon acceptance, you will automatically become a sponsoring member and listed as an In Love with Mother Earth group leader so that people in your region can find you.
